HOW TO COOK
Blanching one bag of carrot, regular sells for $1/bag. Boil a pot of water add the ready cut carrots

tofu and eggs. Those are the last to do so. When the carrot is soft then put the tofu in, then crack
1-2 eggs inside, mix it, top with sesame oil, pepper and fried shallots, green onion. Ready to serve.
