Hello friends! In this video I am going to share with you my HSP and Minimalist friendly evening routine. As a highly sensitive person I enjoy calm and quiet environment. And the evenings have always been my favourite time because they give the opportunity to terminate my day with mindfulness. To acknowledge the lessons life has taught me and to prepare myself for a whole new journey of tomorrow.
I try to make my evening as relaxing and calm as possible. To show my body and mind that I am safe and ready to go to sleep. Leaving all the worries and emotions of the past day behind.
In the evening I prepare my mind to enter the next day with joy and awareness that there is no better moment that here and now.
